Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives the name, phone number, or address entered in a search form and powers the sponsored results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the details in your message and use them to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs can record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and time stamps. Aggregate use helps maintain the service and identify useful pages. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or similar tools where applicable.
How Limited Data Is Used
We use this limited information to operate the service, correct faults, understand overall traffic, and improve content. Visitor lists are not sold, and individual user profiles are not built.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Issaquah, King County, or Washington record portals, archives, libraries, and outside search services. Each destination applies its own privacy policy to information sent there. Sponsored search results are provided by an outside company and follow that provider's terms.
Service Providers and Disclosure
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
Safeguarding Site Data
An encrypted connection protects traffic to the site, and logs are retained only while needed for the uses described above. Because there are no visitor accounts, this service does not hold an account password or personal profile for you.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by a website. Washington's My Health My Data Act, enacted through HB 1155, separately addresses consumer health data and is not a blanket deletion right for public records. Since we retain little data, a request generally involves checking contact messages and available server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by Washington, King County, or Issaquah custodians remain outside our control and must be addressed with the office that holds them.
Updates to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
